Flea Prevention

It is much easier to prevent fleas than to treat them. Fleas will hop on to an animal anytime they are outside, and get a free ride into the house. From there, they multiply because your home is a great place to live. (Fleas love your carpet and soft furniture) It does not matter how clean you keep your house, if your pet ever goes outdoors, most likely a flea will try and hitch a ride back inside.

Fleas can also cause many skin irritations on your pets that can lead to very serious problems.

Using flea preventative measures on your pet from April through November is our recommendation. This is safer for the whole family - especially babies and toddlers - than treating your whole house with insecticides.
